1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

2 Definitions

• "Balance" refers to the total funds, in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), held in a Player's j8888 wallet, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's account under the terms of a specific j8888 promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR amounts deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank, or card) and subsequently credited to their j8888 wallet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or bonus + deposit amount, as specified per promotion) before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" ("Know Your Customer") refers to the identity and age verification process required by j8888, involving submission of valid Pakistani CNIC documentation.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

j8888 is offered to players in jurisdictions where online gaming is not expressly prohibited. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of j8888 complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their location. j8888 makes no representation that the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction beyond those covered by its international gaming licence.

4 Account Security & Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j8888 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All transactions and bets placed from your j8888 account are deemed to have been made by you, regardless of whether they were made by another person using your credentials. j8888 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) without foreign exchange conversion fees charged by j8888.

The minimum deposit on j8888 is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are set at the account level and may vary based on your KYC verification status and VIP tier. 7 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail for that specific offer.

General rules applicable to all j8888 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, device, and IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on j8888 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for confirming the details of each bet — including selection, stake, and market — before submitting. j8888 is not obligated to reverse a confirmed bet due to Player error.

j8888 reserves the right to void, suspend, or recalculate bets in the following circumstances:

• Obvious pricing or market errors on the j8888 sportsbook.
• Corruption, match-fixing, or evidence of sporting event manipulation affecting the outcome of a bet.
• Technical failures that result in incorrect bet confirmation or odds display.
• Event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment as governed by j8888's specific sport rules.
• Force majeure events preventing normal event completion.

For live casino games, in the event of a disconnection during an active game round, j8888 systems will attempt to settle the round automatically based on the last confirmed game state. If the round cannot be determined, it may be voided and the bet amount returned to the Player's balance.

j8888 game-specific rules for cricket betting, slot games, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and other game types are available within each respective game section on the platform. These game-specific rules supplement and do not replace these general Terms.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j8888 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on j8888.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using j8888 if you are under 21 years of age or if you are self-excluded.

j8888 makes no warranty that gambling on the platform will result in winnings. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. Past results are not indicative of future outcomes. Players acknowledge this risk and accept it as a condition of using j8888.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

j8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Court orders or regulatory authority instructions requiring account suspension.
• Death of the account holder (account will be closed and verified funds returned to the estate).
• Extended account inactivity exceeding 24 months with a zero or minimal balance.

Where j8888 closes an account for reasons other than breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance in the account will be returned to the Player's most recently verified PKR payment method. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting j8888 support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets or active bonus wagering will be settled before the closure is completed.

15 Amendments to Terms

j8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their j8888 account or through a prominent notice on the j8888 platform. Minor changes — such as clarifications, grammatical corrections, or non-material updates — may be made without individual notification.

Continued use of j8888 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. All accrued real-money balances will be returned upon account closure in such circumstances.

16 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

j8888's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any particular occasion shall not constitute a waiver of j8888's right to enforce that provision or any other provision at a future time.
